Chateau Bir Birmans

About Us

Chateau Bir is a Birman Cattery located in Olathe, Kansas, run by Ann Street. We are a small cattery and raise our cats underfoot with our dogs and lots of visiting children.

I am a member of the Birman Breed Council, a member of the National Birman Fanciers, and the Sacred Cat of Burma Fanciers. These are all organizations devoted to improving the breed and providing the public education about Birmans.

I am an active member of the MO-KAN Cat Club, which puts on several cat shows a year in our region.

I show my cats throughout the United States and breed for temperament and health. We have had many Grand Champions and Regional/National Color wins.

Raising Birmans is something we enjoy very much. It is a wonderful hobby that allows one to meet others who have the same interest and share the enjoyment of our cats! I have been fortunate to be able to mentor many new exhibitors in our region.
